officially the best in shropshire!

E&P Developments Ltd, and independent building company based in Bridgnorth, is officially the best small builder in Shropshire.

At an awards cememony hosted by the Building Control Services of Shropshire Council E&P Developments was announced the winner of the Best Small Builder in Shropshire category. Martin Penny of E&P Developments attended the ceremony, and is pictured below collecting the award.

Martin Penny said “I am delighted and incredibly proud that we have won this award. As a local, independent building company we pride ourselves on building the very highest quality homes, and for this to be recognised by Shropshire Council’s building control Services is wonderful. I have been building houses in Shropshire for the past 25 years, to be formally recognised by Shropshire Council as being the best in the country is a tremendous achievement.
