Bridgnorth building company is best in County

E&P Developments Ltd, an independent building company based in Bridgnorth, is officially the best small builder in Shropshire.

At an awards ceremony hosted by the Building Control Services of Shropshire Council on April 19th, E&P Developments was announced the winner of the Best Small Builder Shropshire category. Martin Penny, Director of E&P Developments attended the ceremony, and is pictured here collecting the award.

Martin Penny said: “I am delighted, and incredibly proud that we have won this award. As a local, independent building company, we pride ourselves on building the very highest quality homes, and for this to be recognised by Shropshire Council’s Building Control Services is wonderful. I have been building houses in Shropshire for the past 25 years, to be formally recognised by Shropshire Council as being the best in the county is a tremendous achievement.”

E&P Developments has built a variety of new homes throughout the county and has an excellent reputation for the quality of the homes it builds.
